Wake Up Call

I have an issue. I'd say about a month ago Jack FM (aka. 92.5) switched back to Kiss 92.5 (what it was before Jack FM came along). Jack played classic rock and new rock and Kiss plays popular top 40 music. This normally isn't an issue as I don't listen to the radio but I had my alarm set on Jack FM. I am currently at a loss for which radio station, if any, I should put my alarm on because I will not keep it on Kiss. I don't know if I should just use one of my own cds as my alarm or not. I'm leaning towards no because I don't want to associate whatever album I choose with waking up in the morning (not pleasant) and I don't want to use the regular alarm cause that shit is annoying. I guess I could put it on 107.1 classic rock but to be honest, I don't really want to wake up to psychedelic tunes (which is almost guaranteed to happen). This makes me want to purchase one of those Ipod speakers/alarm clock things, that way I could put my Ipod on shuffle and it could wake me up in the morning with MY tunes. Anyways, this is a really big deal for me, as you can see.

In other news, Michael Jackson died today. I know his tunes (obviously) but I never listened to his music much. Today I have been listening to some and I've realized it's the bomb and though I question some of his actions, he made amazing music and had bad ass dance moves that NO ONE can beat. You know what, upon quick reminiscing I can tell you EXACTLY the moment I stopped listening to Michael Jackson for pleasure. Grade 8 and/or 9 drama class we had to warm up to Michael Jackson (particularly Billie Jean). I don't know if it was the fact that I hated stretching, my teacher, drama or the smell of the drama room but I think that was the definitive moment.
