It's important, right? Especially since the winter weather is rolling around, I feel like I am not myself mentally and physically because winter weather makes me incredibly unhappy and lethargic. This is what I plan to do to try and overcome winter blues:
- quit smoking for good (I used to do it just for the winter and then start again in the summer but this time I'm just going to stop forever, I don't need to explain why i'm quitting, it's obvious)
- eat healthier (I eat a lot of junk food so I'm going to have to majorly cut back on that. I have to eat healthier snacks like hummus and crackers, no white bread, etc.)
- drink more water! (usually I only have it in my americano)
- exercise 3 times a week (I can do it!)
That's all I've thought of but I think this will help.
