Yesterday night I went for coffee with one of my friends and she was telling me about this unfortunate soul that was at her house a couple days ago. It is kind of the normal thing to go to my friends house and sit in her backyard and smoke and drink till we can't think straight. This is exactly what she did one night with some of the local area guys who she has the misfortune of hanging out with every now and then. She put on Radiohead because she was obviously still in Radiohead mode from the concert and she was stoned, so she just really wanted to listen to the music. What happened next is what made me go, "Oh no! He didn't!!!" after I was told what happened. She started playing Radiohead and one of the guys that was at her house stops talking and goes, "Hey, is this Coldplay?" to which she responded with the rudest tone, "No, it's Radiohead."
You can picture the exact person that he is, can't you? You know his musical knowledge is limited to DJ Tiesto and Timberland. I myself do not converse with these types of people but just to know that they live in the same vicinity that I do kills me a little.
